Understanding Your Orders

Step 1: Log into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry https://mmuregistry.flhealth.gov/.

Step 2: If you are a patient viewing your own orders, click “Manage Your Information,” then click “Patient Profile” from the drop-down menu.

If you are a caregiver viewing your assigned patient’s orders, click “Manage Patient Information,” then click “{Patient Name} – Profile” from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: You are brought to the patient profile. On the right-hand side of the screen, you will observe the patient’s current, “open” orders. This is the default view of the patient profile.

Step 4: To view all order history for the patient, click “Show Order History” located underneath the profile photo and ID Card #.

This displays a table of all orders ever created for the patient.

Each row in the table shows you, per order:
Start Date: The date the order is open or scheduled to open.

  • End Date: The date the order will expire.

  • Days: The number of days the order is open.

  • Type: The type of marijuana the physician has ordered for the patient. The available types are: Medical Marijuana (“THC” products), Low-THC Cannabis (“CBD” Products), or Smoking Marijuana (Whole Flower Marijuana).

  • Status: Orders are listed as Open, Scheduled, Expired, Completed, or Cancelled.

    • Open: Orders from which the patient/caregiver can currently purchase medical marijuana.

    • Scheduled: Orders that will become open at a later date.

    • Expired: Orders that are past the end date but not all dispensations were made.

    • Completed: All dispensations have been made from that order.

    • Cancelled: The physician has cancelled the order.

  • Placed By: The name of the physician who placed the order. Clicking the physician’s name will take you to their profile page.

    Step 5: Click the “+” or “-” keys to expand/collapse the details of the order and to view all authorized routes of administration.

    Once the order has been expanded you will find:

    • The Route(s): The physician has recommended for the patient to use/take for the type of marijuana.

    • Amount Ordered: The total milligrams on the order.

    • Mg Per Day: The number of milligrams per day recommended by the physician.

    • Delivery Device: Shows if the patient is authorized to purchase a delivery device. This is decided by the physician.

    • Amount Remaining: The amount remaining for that specific route within the order with respect to any dispensations that have occurred since the order began.

    • Dispensation history: Of all items the patient/caregiver has purchased from an MMTC.

      Step 6: Click the “+” or “-” keys to expand/collapse the details of each route and view all associated dispensations.

      Once the route has been expanded you will find the dispensation history against that route which includes:

      • Date: The date of any dispensation recorded against that specific route.

      • MMTC: The MMTC who filled that dispensation or delivery.

      • Amount Dispensed: The amount dispensed for that individual dispensation record.

      • Status: The status of the dispensation, which may include:

        • Given To Patient {Name}

        • Given To Caregiver {Name}

        • Delivered to Patient {Name}

        • Delivered to Caregiver {Name}

        • To Be Assigned (Waiting to be assigned to a deliverer)
