To complete a delivery or in-store order in Florida, customers must have a valid, active form of identification available at the time of purchase.
Customers must present one of the following:
Active Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification Card (MMUR ID)
Active state-issued or government-issued photo ID
Valid passport
Valid driver’s license
Important: ID Must Be Active and Unexpired
All forms of identification must be current, valid, and unexpired.
Expired IDs are not considered active and will be denied. If a customer presents an expired driver’s license, passport, state ID, or other government-issued identification, the order cannot be completed or delivered.
For delivery orders, the customer must be able to present their valid, unexpired ID to the delivery driver when the order arrives.
For in-store orders, the customer must present their valid, unexpired ID at checkout.
Please remind customers to have their valid, unexpired identification ready to avoid delays or being denied at the time of delivery or purchase.
