Can I ask the drivers to apply a discount or redeem a loyalty coupon that I had forgotten to request when I submitted my order?

Drivers are not able to make any changes to your order. If you are not able to accept it as-is, the order will be returning with the drivers back to HQ. You will need to contact customer service to reschedule the delivery for another day. They will also be able to assist you in making any changes to the original order.
