The 710 drop website is designed to check each patient's MMUR in real-time for card status and available recommendation amounts before permitting them to build and submit an order. If a patient is attempting to order and does not have enough rec to cover their selected products and/or their card is expired - the system will prevent the order being submitted.
After the drop closes, all received orders go through secondary check of the patient's MMUR to ensure that none of the patients' recommendations had closed at midnight (or their card expired) - and confirming they are legally eligible to receive their orders on their chosen fulfillment dates. Orders flagged for ineligibility after this secondary check are not processed and will be cancelled. Customer service does contact these affected patients to relay this information.
