Credit Details

1. Eligibility: Select patients were chosen to receive this credit and have been notified via email. Any patients who did not receive an email about this credit are not eligible.
   
   
2. Duration: The credit is valid from Wednesday, November 13th starting at 8am EST and ending on Wednesday, November 20th at 8pm EST. The use of this credit outside of this period will not qualify.
   
   
3. How to Redeem:
   • In-Store:
     • Inform the budtender you wish to redeem the $100 credit once the check out process begins. The budtender will be checking each patient’s eligibility before applying the credit. As long as the patient is eligible, the credit hasn't already been redeemed and has not expired - then the credit will be applied as requested.
   • Online:
     • After compiling all desired products, proceed to check out. Eligible patients will see a $100 Credit that is able to be redeemed from the loyalty section. Any patients who do not see this redeemable option are not eligible. Simply click ‘Redeem’ to apply the credit to the cart.
       
4. Limitations:
   • Redemption of the $100 Credit is limited to once per eligible patient, prior to expiration.
   • Unable to stack with any other discounts, including: group discounts, birthday discount, and/or bulk discounts
     • Group discounts are defined as:  first time patient, Veteran, senior, industry
   • Unable to use with any loyalty tier redemptions
   • All product(s) being purchased that a patient wishes to apply the credit towards must be in (1) transaction. Patients are not permitted to request multiple, separate orders to be combined. Multiple orders would need to be cancelled and then replaced as a single order.
   • No rain checks or substitutions.
     
     
5. Exclusions:
   • $100 Credit is applicable towards medicated products only.
   • Not redeemable on apparel, accessories, merchandise, or devices.
     
     
6. Other Conditions:
   • The promotion is subject to change at any time without notice.
   • All purchased product(s) will be dispensed against your recommendation(s) in accordance with state requirements.
   • If an eligible patient places an order using the credit, but then opts to cancel – the $100 credit will be forfeited.
   • If an eligible patient places an order using the credit, but then fails to receive their delivery or retrieve their pickup order – the $100 credit will be forfeited.
