Offer: $25 Promotional Credit
Patients who receive a physical promotional card may obtain a $25 credit by scanning the QR code printed on the card and completing the required form.
Qualification
• Patients must receive the physical promotional card announcing the $25 credit.
• Patients must scan the QR code printed on the card and complete the required form.
• When completing the form, patients must enter the same email address associated with their website account used for purchases. The email address submitted through the form is used to identify the patient account where the credit will be issued.
Patients who do not scan the QR code, fail to complete the form, or submit a different email address than the one associated with their purchasing account will not be eligible for the credit.
Once the form has been successfully completed and the email address verified, the $25 credit will be issued automatically. The redemption code will appear in the patient’s Loyalty Dashboard.
Availability & Expiration
There is no deadline for eligible patients to register and receive the credit, provided they meet the eligibility requirements described above.
Once issued, the $25 credit will remain valid until December 31, 2026 at 8:45 PM EST.
Unused credits will expire after this date.
Please note: No reminders will be sent prior to expiration.
Eligible Products
The $25 credit may be applied toward medicated products only.
The credit cannot be used on apparel, accessories, merchandise, or devices.
How to Redeem
Note: Physical Card is required.
Online (delivery or pick-up orders)
- Copy the credit redemption code from your Loyalty Dashboard.
- Paste the code into the Promo Code field during checkout and apply it to your order.
In-Store
- Inform the budtender that you would like to use your $25 credit.
- The budtender will locate the credit in the system and apply it to your qualifying purchase.
Important Conditions
Limited to one (1) credit per patient. Patients may only claim this credit once, regardless of the number of promotional cards received.
Duplicate submissions or attempts to obtain multiple credits using different email addresses may result in disqualification from the promotion.
Credits cannot be combined with First Time Patient Discount or Credit, Second Time Patient Discount, or Third Time Patient Discount.
All products a patient wishes to apply the credit toward must be included within one transaction. Multiple orders cannot be combined.
Offer valid while supplies last. No rain checks or substitutions will be provided.
All purchased products will be dispensed against your available recommendation(s) in accordance with state requirements.
If an order using the credit is cancelled, not picked up, or delivery is not completed, the credit may be forfeited.
If a patient contacts Customer Support regarding a missing $25 credit after completing the required steps, verification may be requested. Verification consists of a photo of the physical promotional card displaying the QR code.
