200 Points - $10 off
300 Points - $15 off
400 Points - $20 off
500 Points - $25 off
600 Points - $30 off
1,000 Points - $50 off
1,500 Points - $75 off
2,000 Points - $100 off
Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
- To accrue loyalty points, patients must be enrolled in our loyalty program. The initial ability to enroll is offered at the time of account creation on our website.

- To enroll at a later time, patients can contact our customer service team and express their request to be enrolled.

- Any purchases made before enrollment in the loyalty program are not eligible for retroactive credit.

- Purchases
- The purchase of all products (via our website or in-store) counts towards the accrual of loyalty points, except purchases from 710 List Drops.
- Points cannot be both earned and redeemed within the same transaction.
- Recent purchases will not reflect in your loyalty account until after the order is delivered and the transaction is fully completed. This may take up to (1) business day.
- Redemptions
- Redemptions apply to all products and brands, except for 710 List Drops and merchandise or accessories.
- Patients are only allowed to apply (1) loyalty tier redemption per transaction. At checkout, their account will indicate what tiers are available to choose from.
- Patients are not permitted to combine or stack redemption tiers.

How do I apply loyalty points to my order?
When you go to check out to complete placing an order, there is a section that will display your available discounts and available loyalty redemption tiers.
I do not see the change in my loyalty count reflecting my recent purchase. What do I do?
Please contact our customer service team so we can investigate further. Note: changes could take (1) business day to update.
My subtotal was $100 before I applied loyalty points, so I didn’t have to pay the delivery fee. But now that the points were applied, it says I do?
Your subtotal after the application of loyalty points must meet or exceed the $100 minimum to avoid the delivery fee.
The Flowery reserves the right to change, pause, or end the loyalty program at any time without notice. This includes updates to rules, point values, and other details. If the program is terminated, all points, rewards, and tier statuses may be forfeited and hold no cash value. Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed as outlined while the program is active. Misuse or abuse of the program may result in removal and loss of benefits. All program decisions are final and at the sole discretion of The Flowery.
