Welcome to the Flowery Fam! We are excited to bring you 710 Labs. You’ve successfully placed your order, now what? Here’s some information we want to make sure you are aware of:
- After 7pm, the evening before your scheduled delivery date -- we will send you a text with a 3-hour estimated delivery window
- We only accept CASH or CANPAY (collected at the time your delivery arrives)
- 710 products are EXCLUDED from ALL discounts and are not eligible for earning loyalty points (or redemption). Your grand total is on the receipt you received from 710 Labs.
- Day of delivery, you will begin receiving text notifications when: the drivers are within 1 hour of your ETA, 30 minutes away, 10 minutes away, and upon arrival.
- Please note that the texts may not begin at the exact time specified by your delivery window that was given the night prior. Our routing software updates in real-time based on traffic and other information to provide as accurate information as possible. - Quality over everything is 710 Lab’s motto. Rest assured, your products are being transported, refrigerated or frozen, as applicable. We want to make sure you know how to preserve this quality at home once you receive your product. As some of the products are temperature sensitive, these details are brought to you directly from the 710 team:
- Sauces and pods should be stored in a cooler or refrigerator (not freezer) and need (at least) 30 minutes to come to room temperature before consuming.
- Persy rosin, live rosin, and water hash should be stored in the freezer and need (at least) 30 minutes to come to room temperature before even opening their containers.
- Note: Condensation on the outside packaging is unavoidable when the products are transitioning from –4 degrees in the freezer to 80 degrees with 100% humidity in open-air when the products are handed to you by our delivery drivers.

- We are doing our best to accommodate your requests for delivery time specifications or limitations, but we want to reiterate that these are requests, and we cannot guarantee we can fulfill every patient’s request.
- If you do not have enough rec to cover your order, you don’t have any open rec, or your card has expired-- we will contact you.
- We will not be allowing order modifications.
