Yes - patients are able to request changes to their 710 Labs list drop orders, but note that there are limitations to the type of change and when the change is permitted as depicted below:
Patients are permitted to request the following changes only during an active list drop (while products are still eligible for purchase):
- The addition or removal of product
- Application of discounts or credits
- Updating from pick up to delivery (or vice versa)
Patients are permitted to request the following changes at any time during or after the drop (from when products can be purchased through the delivery/pick-up period):
- Updating delivery address
- Cancel order(s)
The following changes are not permitted at any time (not during or after the drop):
- Changing the dispensation route for a product
