We’re informing you of important changes to our services and policies as we implement the Florida state-required Biotrack system. Please review the details below regarding temporary service interruptions and updates to our order processes.
Service Interruptions
- Starting today (Monday, October 28th): Patients cannot select delivery dates beyond Sunday, November 3rd for this week only.
- No deliveries will be available on Monday, November 4th.

As of 6 PM on Sunday, November 3rd, we will temporarily suspend the ability to place pickup orders until 8 AM on Monday, November 4th.
- In-store shopping will continue as usual without any interruptions.
- Business as usual resumes on Monday, November 4th at 8 AM: You can select pickup and delivery dates up to 7 days in advance.
Important Updates to Order Policies
Effective Monday, November 4th, the following changes will take place due to the system update and state requirements:
- Order modifications: The products cannot be changed once a delivery or pickup order is submitted. If you need to adjust your order, you must cancel the original and place a new one.
- Online-only promotions: If you cancel a pickup order with an online-only promotion, the new order must also be placed online to retain the promotion. Orders rebuilt in-store by a budtender will not qualify for online promotions. However, you may reorder via the app or website while still in-store.
- Pickup timing: Orders can be placed and collected up to 30 minutes before the store closes. Any uncollected orders will be automatically canceled at the end of the day. Orders placed after closing time will be available for pickup the next day.
- Dispensation: Online orders for both delivery and pick-up are dispensed at the time of submission.
Dispensing Policy Updates
Moving forward, products must be dispensed according to their default administration routes. Changes to these routes will no longer be permitted, including for 710 List Drop orders.
Examples of common products and their default routes of administration include:
- Oral: Distillate Syringes, RSO Syringes, Tinctures
- Inhalation: Vaporizers, Sauces, Rosins, Badders, Water Hash, Shatter, Diamonds, Crumble
- Smoking: Flower, Handrolls, Pre-Rolls
- Edibles: Cubez, Chews
- Topical: Balms

Delivery and Pickup Shutdown Timeline for Biotrack Integration
- 10/27 (After 4:20 PM): Deliveries shut down for Monday, 11/04
- 10/28 (After 4:20 PM): Deliveries shut down for Tuesday, 11/05
- 10/29 (After 4:20 PM): Deliveries shut down for Wednesday, 11/06
- 10/30 (After 4:20 PM): Deliveries shut down for Thursday, 11/07
- 10/31 (After 4:20 PM): Deliveries shut down for Friday, 11/08
- 11/01 (After 4:20 PM): Deliveries shut down for Saturday, 11/09
- 11/02 (After 4:20 PM): Deliveries shut down for Sunday, 11/10
- 11/03 (After 6 PM):
- Deliveries shut down for Monday, 11/11
- Pickups paused for Monday, 11/04
- All pending orders must be completed.
- 11/04 (Upon system clearance):
- Deliveries and pickups will reopen as normal.
