INTRODUCTION This insert provides a summary of information about the product you are consuming. Please read it and keep it with your product for easy reference. The enclosed product contains or is infused with cannabis or active compounds of cannabis, including delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-9 THC) and/or cannabidiol (CBD) extracted from the Cannabis sativa. (marijuana) plant. Delta-9 THC is a psychoactive phytocannabinoid which works on the body’s internal endocannabinoid system.
IMPORTANT Keep this medicine out of the reach of children and pets. If a child puts the contents of this product in their mouth or swallows the contents of this product take the product away from the child and contact a poison control center or a physician immediately. Unless advised by your physician, do not use this drug if you are pregnant or nursing.
INDICATIONS + USE The use of this product is approved by Florida law to treat several “Qualifying Medical Conditions” including: (a) Cancer; (b) Epilepsy; (c) Glaucoma; (d) Positive status for human immunodeficiency virus; (e) Acquired immune deficiency syndrome; (f) Posttraumatic stress disorder; (g) Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis; (h) Crohn’s disease; (i) Parkinson’s disease; (j) Multiple sclerosis; (k) Medical conditions of the same kind or class as or comparable to those enumerated in paragraphs (a)-(j); (l) A terminal condition diagnosed by a physician other than the qualified physician issuing the physician certification; (m) Chronic nonmalignant pain; and other conditions for which a physician believes that the medical use of marijuana would likely outweigh the potential health risks for a patient.
DOSAGE + ADMINISTRATION Please refer to your physician’s recommendation for your suggested dosage as this type of treatment is highly individualized. When first starting treatment, patients should start at a very low dose and increase the dose slowly (“titration”) to determine the appropriate dosage for you and to minimize negative side effects. We do not suggest exceeding the daily dosage amount recommended by your physician. Onset time will vary based on the product’s route of administration.

ADVERSE REACTIONS When using medical cannabis, you may experience some adverse effects. Common side effects of medical cannabis usage include (but are not limited to) dry and/ or irritated eyes, drowsiness, coughing, nausea, impaired coordination, and feelings of intoxication. The best way to avoid adverse effects is through titration - starting low and going slow. If you take a dosage that is too high, the only way to counter the effects is through time. Make sure you are hydrated and get rest to help. If symptoms persist, please contact your physician for more information.
CONTRAINDICATIONS Cannabis products are contraindicated in patients known to be allergic to cannabis. Relative contraindications include coronary artery disease, hypotension (low blood pressure), drug abuse, alcohol abuse, mania, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, or a prior negative reaction to cannabis. Avoid alcohol and other sedatives that could cause drowsiness and consult your physician to discuss any other supplements, medications, or underlying conditions that you may be taking or have.
CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY This product contains multiple cannabinoids. Cannabinoids refer to any chemical substance, regardless of structure or origin, that joins the cannabinoid receptors of the body and brain including those that have similar effects to those produced by the Cannabis sativa plant. They act on the endocannabinoid system to regulate pain and many other processes in the body.

- Have or had heart disorders because of possible high or low blood pressure, fainting, or rapid heart rate.
- Have a history of or current problem with drug abuse.
- Have current or a history of or current problem with alcohol abuse.
- Have or had mental health problems such as mania, depression, bipolar, or schizophrenia.
- Have a history of epilepsy, seizure disorder, and/or seizure-like activity.
- Have allergies to any drugs.
- Are pregnant, nursing, or become pregnant.
- Are taking other prescription or non-prescription medications.
IF YOU BECOME PREGNANT WHILE CONSUMING THIS CANNABIS PRODUCT, STOP USE UNTIL YOU HAVE CONSULTED WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN.
This product should be used with caution in older patients as they may be more sensitive to the neurological, psychoactive, and blood pressure effects of the drug. Cannabis can also dangerously interact with alcohol and other drugs that have an effect on the central nervous system (such as Valium, Librium, Xanax, Seconal, Nembutal, or Phenobarbital).
You may experience changes in mood or other effects when first using this cannabis product. Be sure that there is a responsible person nearby when you first use this product or when there is an adjustment in your dose.
