Availability, Eligibility, & Expiration

Availability

• Patients may receive one (1) opportunity to use the Spin n' Win capsule machine per completion of qualifying in-store transaction between Friday, July 10, 2026 and Saturday, July 11, 2026, while supplies last. 
• This promotion is not available for delivery orders.

Eligibility

• The promotion is available to The Flowery patients, excluding employees and affiliates.

• Patients who spend $150 or more after discounts in a single in-store transaction are eligible for one (1) opportunity to use the Spin n' Win capsule machine.

Expiration

• All prizes must be redeemed between July 10, 2026 and July 31, 2026.
• Prizes not redeemed by the expiration date will expire and will no longer be valid.

Prizes

Every prize capsule contains one (1) randomly assigned prize. The enclosed prize slip identifies the prize and, where applicable, includes a unique coupon code and/or redemption instructions.

Prize types may include:

• Dollar amount discounts
• Apparel
• Merchandise
• Other promotional items

Dollar amount discount prizes include a unique coupon code printed on the prize slip and may be redeemed in-store or online.

All other prizes must be redeemed and collected in-store.

How It Works

1. Complete your qualifying in-store purchase.
2. The budtender will provide four (4) quarters for one (1) use of the Spin n' Win capsule machine.
3. Insert all four (4) quarters into the capsule machine and turn/spin the knob to receive one (1) randomly dispensed prize capsule.
4. Open the prize capsule to reveal the prize slip inside that identifies your prize.
5. Hand the opened, empty capsule to the budtender, and retain the prize slip until you redeem your prize.
6. Unless otherwise specified, prizes may be redeemed immediately or any time through July 31, 2026.

How to Redeem

The redemption method depends on the type of prize.

Item Prize Redemption - In-Store Only

1. Hand the budtender your prize slip.
2. The budtender will provide you with your prize and retain the prize slip upon redemption.

Dollar Amount Discount Prize Redemption

Online (delivery or pick-up orders)

1. Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart.
2. Confirm that your order total is equal to or greater than the dollar amount discount shown on your prize slip.
3. Enter the unique coupon code printed on the prize slip in the Promo Code field during checkout.
   Include any dashes. Letters are not case sensitive.
4. The dollar amount discount will automatically apply.
5. Continue through checkout to place your order.

In-Store

1. After the budtender has added your products to the order, hand them the prize slip.
2. The budtender will confirm that your order total is equal to or greater than the dollar amount discount shown on the prize slip.
3. They will apply the unique coupon code to your order and retain the prize slip upon redemption.
4. The dollar amount discount will automatically apply, and they will complete the transaction.

Important Conditions

• Limited to one (1) opportunity to use the Spin n' Win capsule machine per qualifying in-store transaction.
• Four (4) quarters will be provided for one (1) use of the Spin n' Win capsule machine. The quarters must be used at the time they are issued and cannot be kept, exchanged or replaced.
• Prize capsules are randomly dispensed and cannot be selected.
• Every prize capsule contains one (1) prize. Prizes are final and cannot be exchanged.
• Prize capsules must be opened at the time they are dispensed. 
• Dollar amount discount coupon code prizes are unique and may only be redeemed once.
• Dollar amount discounts may only be redeemed on an order with a total (after discounts) equal to or greater than the discount amount.
• Dollar amount discounts are applied to a single transaction. Any unused value is forfeited and cannot be applied to a future purchase. 
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
• Lost prize slips cannot be replaced.
• Altered, duplicated, damaged, or otherwise invalid prize slips will not be honored.
• All purchased products will be dispensed against your available recommendation(s) in accordance with state requirements.
• The Flowery reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without notice.
