Eligible patients may earn double loyalty points on qualifying delivery purchases during designated promotional periods.
Eligibility
This is a targeted promotion and is only available to patients who are specifically selected and notified by The Flowery.
If eligible, you will receive communication via app push with details about the promotional period and qualifying delivery area.
Patients who do not receive notification are not eligible for that promotional period.
Important: Not every patient will qualify for every Delivery Double Points promotion, and eligibility may change between promotional periods.
Note: Certain discount groups are ineligible to accrue loyalty points. While they may receive communication regarding this promotion, they remain ineligible to earn points.
Availability & Qualification
To qualify, orders must:
- Be placed during the specified promotional timeframe.
- Be placed for next-day delivery.
- Be placed for next-day delivery for the designated area.
The order creation date and time must fall within the promotional window in order to qualify. Orders that are rescheduled will become ineligible.
Note: Availability for next-day delivery is limited and based on delivery capacity. Eligibility for this promotion does not guarantee a next-day delivery slot. If next-day delivery is unavailable at checkout, all qualifying delivery spots for that delivery window have been filled. Patients are encouraged to place orders early, as capacity may fill quickly.
How Points are Earned
Double loyalty points will be awarded once an eligible patient’s qualifying order reaches a completed status.
The order must be completed on the originally scheduled delivery day. Orders completed after rescheduling are ineligible.
After the order reaches a completed status, eligible patients will receive a confirmation email notifying them that double points were earned.
Note: Patients must be opted into marketing emails in order to receive this confirmation email. Loyalty points may still be awarded even if the confirmation email is not received.
Example:
Order total = $50
Standard earning = 50 points
Promotional earning = 100 points
Important Conditions
- This promotion is non-transferable and only applies to the patient who was notified as eligible
- The Flowery reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without notice
