I'm having trouble creating an account on your website, and I can't figure out why. Can you help?

There are typically two areas where issues may arise during the account creation process:

• Name Entry: Be sure to enter your first and last names exactly as they appear on your medical card. If your name is Michael but you prefer Mike, you must register using Michael. Don't forget to include any suffixes.
• Patient ID Number: Common errors here include mistaking the Patient ID with the Card ID, otherwise make sure the letter "O" for a zero or reversing the order of characters.
