- Click "Unsubscribe": Click on the "Unsubscribe" link found in the footer of the email.
- Follow the Prompts: You will be redirected to a confirmation page. Follow any additional prompts to complete the un-subscription process.
- Processing Time: Please allow 48-72 hours for your request to be processed. You may still receive a marketing email during this time.
Please Note: Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect your ability to receive order notifications or tracking link emails. These transactional emails will continue to be sent to ensure you stay informed about your orders.
How to Unsubscribe from App Push Notifications:
- Open The Flowery App: Launch the Flowery app on your device.
- Log Into Your Account: Ensure you are logged into your account.
- Click on “Alerts”: Tap on the “Alerts” icon in the bottom-right corner (represented by a bell icon).
- Disable Push Notifications: Locate “Enable Push Notifications” and tap on the toggle button next to it.
- Confirm Toggle is Grey: The toggle should now be grey instead of black, indicating that notifications have been disabled.
- Processing Time: Please allow 48-72 hours for your request to be processed. You may still receive a notification during this time.
