1. What is the new delivery fee policy?

Beginning 11/21/2025, a $15 delivery fee will be applied to any delivery order with a post-discount total under $100. 

2. Does the order need to be $100 after discounts?

Yes. The $100 threshold is calculated after discounts are applied.
If the order reaches $100 post-discount, delivery remains free.

3. Why was this delivery fee added?

This update supports the cost of maintaining reliable, efficient, high-quality delivery service for our patients. It ensures we can continue offering timely deliveries across all our service areas.

4. Will this impact my discounts or promotions?

No. All discounts and promotions still apply as usual. However, the order total must be at least $100 after discounts are applied in order to qualify. Delivery fees are based on the final discounted subtotal.

5. Is this a permanent change?

At this time, the delivery fee policy is in effect until further notice.

6. Does this fee apply to all delivery zones?

Yes. The $15 delivery fee applies across all delivery zones for orders under the $100 pre-discount minimum.

7. How can I avoid the delivery fee?

Simply place an order totaling $100 or more after discounts, and your delivery fee will be automatically waived.
