To help you track the delivery of your order and know when to expect it, we provide tracking links for your convenience. Here's what you need to know about using these tracking links:
What is a Delivery Order Tracking Link?
A delivery order tracking link is a unique URL that allows you to monitor the status and location of your order's delivery drivers in real-time.
Where are the Delivery Order Tracking Links located?
Tracking links can be found in order confirmation emails*, your website account dashboard's order section, and/or the app's account dashboard's order section. *Make sure to check your spam/junk email folders for the order confirmation emails.

- Log into your account.
- In the top-right corner, hover on your name (where it reads Welcome Back (your name) ) and select Orders from the drop-down menu that appears.
- Let the orders page load entirely, may take 45 seconds or so.
- Locate your order using your order number.
- Select the tracking order button to via the tracking link.

- Log into your account.
- Click on account from the bottom row of the screen to access the account Dashboard.
- Once the page loads, from the left-hand side of icons, select the shopping bag icon to go to the Orders page.
- Locate your order using your order number.
- Select the tracking order button to via the tracking link.
What if the tracking link doesn't work?
Tracking links will not be active until your order has a Driver Assigned status, which occurs the evening before the order's chosen date for delivery. However, if it is the day of delivery and you are experiencing issues or difficulty with the link, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Be sure to have your order number ready. Note, links expire after the order has been delivered (or order cancelled).
Why is my delivery window indicating a range of time, such as 8am to 8pm, and not a specific time?
Until the delivery drivers are <10 stops away from your location, the delivery window will present as a range of time to accommodate factors like traffic, weather, variable transit times, and unforeseen delays. It also accounts for drivers needing breaks, meal periods, and other necessary pauses.
