For an individual other than the qualified patient to accept a medical marijuana delivery on the patient’s behalf, they must be registered with the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana
Use (OMMU) as the patient’s authorized caregiver and have an active Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) Caregiver Identification Card.

Please note: Having Power of Attorney does not replace the OMMU caregiver requirement.
An individual with Power of Attorney must still be registered with the OMMU as the patient’s caregiver and have an active Caregiver Identification Card to accept the delivery.
