1.) LOYALTY CARD
Digital Card displaying patient name, redeemable points balance, current tier, how long they have been shopping with The Flowery (smoking since), group discount (if applicable), and then the amount associated with the group discount (again, if applicable).
2.) LOYALTY OVERVIEW
2.a: Available loyalty points a patient can redeem during a transaction. Also displays points that are approaching their 365 day expiration mark with a 7 day reminder and displays loyalty points previously redeemed by the patient.
2.b: The dials indicate how much more a patient needs to earn in points or in spend to reach the next tier, for the following year. The displayed values under the dials reflect this same information and it indicates what the next tier level is for the patient.
2.c: Indicates what tier the patient is currently in. Underneath are displayed available coupons a patient can opt to redeem on future purchases. Typically patients will see Refer-a-Friend (RAF) codes and possibly Customer Service (CS) issued credits here. Patients can click to copy the code and paste it during checkout. Below that is available discounts, which indicates what discounts are available to the patient and the amount, which reflects the tier they are in. It also contains a reminder at the bottom of what products the discounts are applicable on, based on the patient's tier.
