How to Access Your Loyalty Dashboard
Your Loyalty Dashboard can be accessed through your account on our website or app.
To access it:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to your account or profile area
- Select the Loyalty Dashboard section
What You Can View
Your Loyalty Dashboard may display:
- Current loyalty tier
- Available redeemable loyalty points
- Progress toward the next tier
- Active discounts and promotions
- Available credits
- Birthday discount codes
- Second and third purchase discount codes
- Challenge progress and completed challenges
- Referral activity, status, and rewards
Some rewards, discounts, or promotions may only appear when active or eligible. They may also include additional terms or eligibility requirements outlined separately.
Reward & Discount Statuses
Your Loyalty Dashboard displays rewards, discounts, and credits based on their current availability and eligibility.
Each reward, discount, or credit will indicate whether it is currently available for use or is no longer active due to being redeemed, used, expired, or otherwise inactive.
How Your Information Updates
Your Loyalty Dashboard updates as purchases are completed and as your account activity refreshes across our systems.
This can occur when:
- Purchases are completed
- You log into your account through the website or app
- You check in for an in-store visit
- Rewards, discounts, or credits, or become available
Some updates may take up to 24 hours to appear depending on the type of activity.
This may include:
- Newly earned points
- Purchase-based discounts
- Challenge completions
- Credits tied to events or referrals
Account Information & Eligibility
Some discounts, promotions, credits, or rewards may require additional eligibility or verification before they become active on your account.
Examples may include:
- Veteran Discount
- Industry Discount
- Referral-based promotions or credits
To help ensure rewards and discounts apply correctly:
- Keep your account information accurate and up to date
- Use the same email associated with your registered account
- Complete any required registration or verification steps tied to promotions or credits
Certain promotions, credits, or rewards may only apply to the specific account or email used during registration or verification.
