General Program Terms

• Participation in the loyalty program is subject to eligibility requirements and account verification where applicable 
• Loyalty rewards, discounts, credits, challenges, referrals, and promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated 
• The Flowery reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any portion of the loyalty program, discounts, rewards, credits, or promotions at any time 
• Abuse, misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate rewards, discounts, credits, referrals, or promotions may result in removal from the loyalty program or forfeiture of rewards 
• Eligibility, discount amounts, and available rewards may vary over time 

Discount & Promotion Exclusions

Unless otherwise specified:

• Discounts and promotions apply only to eligible products 
• Certain brands, products, or categories may be excluded from discounts or promotions 
• Accessories, apparel, devices, and other non-medicated items are generally excluded from loyalty discounts unless specifically stated otherwise 
• Bulk discounts exclude 710 Labs products across all tiers 
• Points, credits, and most discounts are not eligible for use on 710 Labs List Drop orders unless specifically stated otherwise 
• Some promotions, discounts, or rewards may not be combined together 

Additional exclusions or eligibility requirements may apply depending on the promotion, discount, reward, or event.

Loyalty Points, Credits & Rewards

• Redeemable points expire 365 days after being earned 
• Credits, discounts, rewards, and referral incentives may have separate expiration periods 
• Expired rewards, discounts, credits, or codes cannot be restored or reissued unless otherwise determined by The Flowery 
• Points are earned only on the final out-of-pocket amount paid after discounts, credits, and promotions are applied 
• Points, credits, discounts, and rewards apply only to eligible purchases 

Referral & Challenge Terms

• Referral rewards are subject to eligibility and completion requirements 
• Referral rewards may require qualifying purchases or account activity before becoming available 
• Challenge availability and rewards may vary over time 
• Certain challenges, rewards, or referrals may be limited based on loyalty tier, account activity, or promotion requirements 

Account & Eligibility

• Rewards, discounts, credits, and referrals are associated with the specific registered patient account used during qualification or registration 
• Certain discounts or rewards may require additional verification before becoming available 
• Patients are responsible for maintaining accurate account information 

Additional Terms

Specific promotions, discounts, rewards, credits, or events may include additional terms, exclusions, eligibility requirements, redemption instructions, or expiration conditions outlined separately.

If there is any conflict between these general terms and the terms provided for a specific promotion or event, the specific promotion or event terms will control.
