Some apply automatically when eligible, while others require a code to be entered at checkout.

Automatic vs Code-Based Discounts & Promotions
Some discounts and promotions apply automatically once all eligibility requirements are met, while others require a code to be entered at checkout.
Automatic Discounts & Promotions
These apply automatically when eligible conditions are met.
Examples may include:
- Bulk discounts
- Verified discounts (such as Veteran or Industry)
- Select promotions (will be indicated in official terms and conditions)
Code-Based Discounts & Promotions
These require a code to be entered at checkout to apply.
Examples may include:
- Birthday discounts
- Second and third purchase discounts
- Credits
- Select promotions (will be indicated in official terms and conditions)
If a required code is not entered, the discount, promotion, or credit will not apply.
Only one code-based discount or promotion may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
How Discounts Apply
Discounts, credits, and promotions may apply either to individual products in your cart or to the order overall.
Because of this, different products within the same order may receive different discounts or promotions depending on eligibility.
Only one discount can apply to the same product at a time.
If multiple discounts are eligible, the system applies the option that provides the greatest savings on that item.
This means:
- A product cannot receive multiple percentage discounts simultaneously
- Certain discounts, credits, or promotions cannot be combined together
- Eligibility for one discount, credit, or promotion does not guarantee that others can also apply
Loyalty Points & Credits at Checkout
Redeemable points and credits both apply at the order level and function similarly to cash during checkout.
Discounts and promotions are calculated first, and then available points or credits are applied to the remaining eligible balance.
Using Points
Redeemable points can be applied toward eligible purchases at checkout.
- Points reduce the remaining eligible order total based on the current redemption rate
- Points are earned only on the amount paid out of pocket after discounts, promotions, points, and credits are applied
- Points cannot be redeemed on ineligible products
Using Credits
Credits can be applied toward eligible purchases at checkout.
- Credits reduce the remaining eligible order total after discounts and promotions are applied
- Credits must be active and available on your account to apply
- Some credits may require a code, while others may apply automatically
Why Something May Not Apply
A discount, promotion, point redemption, or credit may not apply for several reasons, including:
- The product is not eligible
- A required code was not entered at checkout
- The order does not meet the promotion or discount requirements
- The discount is tied to a specific purchase number
- The code has expired, already been used, or is no longer valid
- Another eligible discount providing greater savings is already applied
- The product or brand is excluded from the discount or promotion
- The discount requires verification that has not yet been completed
