Types of Discounts

First-Time Discount (New Patient Discount)

• Available to new patients only 
• Provides 25% off your first purchase across all brands and medicated products 

Some patients may instead be eligible for a $100 credit.

• This credit is typically offered through select events or physician offices and is provided via a physical card containing a QR code
• To receive the credit, the QR code must be scanned and online account registration completed using the provided link

Patients may use either the 25% discount or the $100 credit on their first purchase — not both.

Second & Third Purchase Discounts

The 2nd Time Discount becomes available after completing your first purchase, and the 3rd Time Discount becomes available after completing your second purchase.

To help patients make use of the best discount available at the time of purchase, these discounts do not need to be redeemed on your literal second or third purchase. If another discount makes more sense for your order, you may choose to save your 2nd or 3rd Time Discount for a later eligible purchase, as long as it is redeemed before expiration.

Even if you choose not to use your 2nd Time Discount on your second order, your 3rd Time Discount will still be issued once your second purchase is completed.

• Each discount is issued to eligible patients as a code that can be found in the Loyalty Dashboard.
• Patients are required to enter the discount code during checkout (online orders) or request to have the discount applied (in-store) to redeem. These discounts will not apply automatically. 
• Each discount is valid for 30 days from the date the code is issued and may be redeemed one time on any eligible order prior to expiration. 
• These discounts are separate from your loyalty tier and follow their own eligibility rules.
• Because discount eligibility is based on completed purchase count, it is possible to have both discounts available at the same time. 

Example:  Heady Eddy completes his first purchase today and receives a 2nd Time Discount code, valid for 30 days. Two days later, John places another order (his second completed purchase) but chooses not to use his 2nd Time Discount. Because the 3rd Time Discount is triggered by completed purchase count, the code is still issued after that second purchase. John now has both discounts available at the same time, each with its own expiration date.

Second Purchase Discount

• Code issued after your first completed order 
• Provides 25% off Flowery-branded products only 
• Must be used on an eligible order prior to expiration 

Third Purchase Discount

• Code issued after your second completed order 
• Provides 20% off eligible vapes, concentrates, and edibles 
• Excludes 710 Labs brand 
• Must be used on an eligible order prior to expiration

Brand Eligibility by Tier

Some discounts include brand restrictions based on loyalty tier.

Green Tier 
Discounts apply to Flowery-branded products only.

Silver Tier 
Discounts apply to most brands, but exclude 710 Labs and Maine Trees.

Gold & Black Tier 
Discounts apply to most brands, including 710 Labs, unless otherwise excluded by a specific promotion or discount.

Important: Brand eligibility varies by discount type. Certain discounts, promotions, or bulk pricing may have additional exclusions regardless of tier.

Birthday Discount - Eligible brands depend on your current loyalty tier.

• Green & Silver: 10% 
• Gold: 15% 
• Black: 20%

Veteran Discount - Applies to all brands, regardless of tier. 

• Green, Silver, Gold: 20% 
• Black: 25% 

Senior Discount (Age 60+) - Eligible brands depend on your current loyalty tier.

• Green, Silver, Gold: 10% 
• Black: 15% 

Bulk Discounts - Eligible brands depend on your current loyalty tier. 710 Labs is excluded across all tiers.

• Full Ounce (8+ Eighths): 
  • Green, Silver, Gold: 20% 
  • Black: 25% 
• Half Ounce (4-7 Eighths): 
  • Green, Silver, Gold: 10% 
  • Black: 15% 
• 6+ Concentrates:

Discounts That Stay the Same Across All Tiers

• Industry Discount: 10% 
• Industry Tuesday: 20% (every 2nd Tuesday of each month)

What This Means for You

• Discounts that require verification will not apply until eligibility has been confirmed 
• Once verified, eligible discounts apply automatically when conditions are met 
• Verification applies only to certain discounts and does not affect loyalty points or credits 
• Eligibility requirements vary by discount type, and some promotions may have additional conditions 
• Some discounts may not apply to every brand. Your loyalty tier can affect which brands are eligible for discounting.

If a discount you expect does not appear at checkout, check your Loyalty Dashboard and confirm that the products in your cart are eligible for your tier and selected discount.

Additional Discount Details

Industry Discount — Eligibility

The Industry Discount is available to individuals currently working within Florida’s medical marijuana program, including:

• Employees of licensed dispensaries (MMTCs) 
• Employees at medical marijuana physician offices 

Valid proof of employment (such as a photo ID or recent pay stub) is required to qualify.

Birthday Discount (Additional Detail)

• Issued automatically at the beginning of your birthday month (not on your birthdate) 
• Valid for one-time use during your birthday month and refreshed each year 
• The order must be completed within the same month for the discount to apply
