How the Program is Structured
Your activity is tracked in a few different ways, each serving a specific purpose:
-
Annual Spend
The total amount you spend during a calendar year. This is used to evaluate your loyalty tier. -
Annual Points
The total points you earn during a calendar year from purchases and challenges. This also contributes to your tier evaluation. -
Redeemable Points
The points you currently have available to use toward discounts. These expire 365 days after they are earned and are separate from your annual totals.
Earning Loyalty Points & Rewards
There are multiple ways to earn rewards through the loyalty program.
Points from Purchases
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
- Points are added after your order is completed
Challenges
- Earn additional points by completing challenges
- Examples: purchase milestones, order types, etc.
- Progress can be tracked in your dashboard
Refer a Friend
- Earn rewards by referring others to The Flowery
- When a referral completes their first purchase, you receive a reward
- Referral rewards are issued as credits, which can be used toward future purchases
Using Loyalty Points
Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout.
- 20 points = $1 off your order
- You can choose how many points to apply during checkout
Points are applied after any eligible discounts are calculated.
When Points Become Available
Points are first added as pending and become available after your order is completed.
- Pending points do not count toward your available balance
- Once completed, they move into your redeemable points balance
Loyalty Points Expiration
Points expire 365 days after they are earned.
- Expiration is based on when each point was earned
- Your dashboard shows your current available balance
Loyalty Tiers
As you continue to shop and earn rewards, you’ll move through four loyalty tiers. Each tier unlocks additional benefits and expands the types of offers available to you.
- Green
- Silver
- Gold
- Black
Your tier reflects your overall activity and updates based on your engagement throughout the year.
How You Earn Your Tier
Your tier is based on your activity during the calendar year.
You can qualify for a higher tier based on either:
- Your total spend, or
- Your total points earned
As your activity increases, you can move up at any point during the year.
Your progress toward the next tier can be viewed in your loyalty dashboard.
Tier Thresholds
You can qualify based on either your annual spend or your annual points earned:
- Green: Less than $420 in annual spend or fewer than 1,000 annual points
- Silver: $420+ in annual spend or 1,000+ annual points
- Gold: $3,000+ in annual spend or 4,000+ annual points
- Black: $12,000+ in annual spend or 15,000+ annual points
How Tier Evaluation Works
Your activity is tracked from January 1 through December 31.
At the end of the year, your total activity is evaluated to determine your tier for the following year.
Tier Progression & Retention
Once you reach a new tier, you’ll keep it through the end of the current year and the entire following year.
This means you can continue to benefit from your tier even after your activity resets at the start of a new year.
What Changes by Tier
As you move up tiers, your access to discounts and products expands, and in some cases, the value of those discounts increases.
Lower tiers may have more limitations on which products qualify for certain discounts, while higher tiers have broader eligibility, fewer restrictions, and improved offers.
Specific discount eligibility and brand availability are outlined in the Discounts & Eligibility article.
